Ingredients

2 lb
hash brown potatoes
1 c
sour cream
2 can(s)
mushroom soup
grated onion or finely chopped
2 c
grated cheese, chedar
salt (use less because soup has a lot of salt) and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Oven: 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients and put into a baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour.
Top with parmigian cheese
