Ingredients For *** mom's sweet potato casserole #2 ***

  • 2 can
    sweet potatoes, whole canned
  • 1 stick
    butter, sliced
  • 1 lg. can
    pineapple & juice
  • 1 c
    pure maple syrup (not pancake syrup)
  • mini marshmallows

How To Make *** mom's sweet potato casserole #2 ***

    Preheat oven to 350 dergees F.
  • 2
    In greased casserole dish, place potatoes. Slice butter & place on top. Pour pineapple, juice & syrup on top. Mash lightly. Bake 1 hour or until bubbles. Add mini marshmallows on top, bake until lightly browned.
