Ingredients For *** mom's sweet potato casserole #1 ***

  • 2 - 2 1/2 lb
    sweet potatoes, whole canned
  • 1 c
    honey
  • 1 c
    coconut
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 1 can
    pineapple with juice
  • 1 c
    marshmallows, mini

How To Make *** mom's sweet potato casserole #1 ***

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • 2
    Put all except marshmallows in large bowl; mix well. Put in casserole. Top with marshmallows. Bake with no cover for ? minutes (just watch it).
