Ingredients For *** mom's rosemary-leek mashed potatoes ***

  • 2 lb
    potatoes, peeled & cubed
  • 1
    leek, cleaned & chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    rosemary, fresh, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    milk, warmed
  • salt & pepper, to taste

How To Make *** mom's rosemary-leek mashed potatoes ***

    Boil potatoes 15 minutes. Drain. Mash.

    Skillet cook leek & rosemary in butter, 5 minutes.

    Stir sauted leek mixture, warm milk, salt & pepper into mashed potatoes; mix well.
