3/4 cmilk, warmed

salt & pepper, to taste
How To Make *** mom's rosemary-leek mashed potatoes ***

1Boil potatoes 15 minutes. Drain. Mash.

2Skillet cook leek & rosemary in butter, 5 minutes.

3Stir sauted leek mixture, warm milk, salt & pepper into mashed potatoes; mix well.
