Mashed Sweet Potatoes

- 2 lb
- sweet potatoes -- peeled and cubed
- water & half chicken or turkey broth
- 1 tsp
- ginger & 1 tsp nutmeg
- to taste
- salt & pepper
- 2 Tbsp
1Peel and cut your sweet potatoes into cubes.
2Place them in pot and cover with half water and half broth.
3Boil them until nice and tender.
4When done pour the liquid off the potatoes, mash while adding butter, and herbs/spices.
