| 4 oz | sour cream |
| 1/2 c | ranch dressing |
| 8 oz | cheddar cheese, shredded |
| 1 pkg | green onions sliced |
| 1 pkg | real bacon pieces (found in the salad topping section) |
| 4 Tbsp | margarine |

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Clean and wash potatoesusing a knife or fork poke holes in potatoes and place in microwave and bake (times may vary depending on microwaves)Once potatoes are cooked all the way through cut each potato in half length ways. and using a small spoon scrape meat out of the center leaving about 1/4 inch of flesh (this will be the bowl)and place meat into a mixing bowl.using an electric hand mixer turn potato meat into mashed potatoes.once potatoes are mashed add sour cream, butter , ranch, bacon, and half of the cheese. mix well .Fill a gallon sized freezer bag with the filling and cut the corner off of bag( this is the easiest way to fill potato shells)Fill potato shells and place in a baking dish.Once all shells are filled smooth out filling and top each shell with cheese.Bake in oven until cheese is melted and filling is hot.
