Ingredients For loaded potatoe casserole

  • 1 (2lb) lb
    frozen diced potatoes
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 4 stick
    butter
  • 1
    chopped onion
  • 2 can
    cream of potato soup
  • 2 c
    sour cream
  • 3 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2
    cooked, drained bacon crumbles
  • 2 c
    corn flake crumbs

How To Make loaded potatoe casserole

    Thaw potatoes; mix all ingredients except corn flakes and butter. Save some of the cheese for the top. Put in buttered 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle cheese and corn flakes crumbs on top, melt the butter and pour on top. Bake 40 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered.
