- half and half
- 5 Tbsp
- chicken bouillon granules
1Fill large pot with water, add chicken bullion (secret ingredient) Peel potatoes, cute into pieces and place in water. Boil until fork tender. Drain.
2place butter and cream cheese in microwave for 15 seconds until soft. place in large bowl and mash with potatoes.
3Beat with a hand mixer. Heat half and half and pour in potato mix a little at a time until smooth. You must heat the half and half or the potatoes get sticky...
4You can make these the night before. Place in fridge and then pull out 20 min before needed. Microwave 5-7 min. They are better the next day or few hours after you make them.
