My husband loves these spicy potatoes, especailly off set by the cool cheese sauce. Makes an excellent side dish to any chicken or beef dish.

Ingredients For hot potatoes w/ blue cheese sauce

  • 3 Tbsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    lawry's seasoned salt
  • 2-1/2 lb
    baking potatoes, cut into thick wedges
  • 1 c
    blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 c
    light sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

How To Make hot potatoes w/ blue cheese sauce

    Heat oven to 450. Lightly spray a lg rimmed baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine 1 tbsp hot pepper sauce, 1 tbsp melted butter and seasoned salt.

    Add potatoes to bowl and toss to coat. Add potatoes to baking sheet in single layer. Roast, turning once for 40 mins.

    Remove from oven and toss w/ remaining hot pepper sauce and butter. In small saucepan, stir together blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and pepper. Heat over meddium heat,, Stirring for 3 mins. Serve sauce w/ potatoes.
