bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/2 c

1/2 c

bacon drippings
3 Tbsp

sugar
1 Tbsp

flour
1 1/2 tsp

salt
1/2 tsp

1/4 tsp

water
1/3 c

vinegar

potatoes, cooked & cubed

eggs, hard boiled, diced

How To Make hot german potato salad

Cook bacon until crisp, drain & crumble.

Saute celery & onion in bacon drippings until tender.

Combine sugar, flour, & seasonings; stir into drippings.

Add water & vinegar, stirring until smooth. Bring to a boil; add potatoes & bacon. Mix thoroughly. Gently fold in eggs.
