red potatoes, cut into 1" pieces
2 Tbsp

diced onion
4 Tbsp

butter, melted
2 Tbsp

honey
2 tsp

dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste

How To Make honey roasted red potatoes

Preheat oven to 375*. Lightly spray 13x9-inch baking dish. Spread potato pieces in single layer in baking dish.

Sprinkle diced onion over potatoes.

Add melted butter, honey, mustard, and the salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly with fork until well blended. Drizzle over potatoes. Bake for 40 minutes or until tender stirring once through baking time. 8 points per serving
