Found this on an old ad for Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard that I clipped out years ago. It sounds so yummy I will be trying it soon!

Ingredients

1/3 c
dijon mustard
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 clove
garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp
italian seasoning
6 medium
red skin potatoes, cut into chunks

Step-By-Step

1In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except potatoes.
2Place potatoes in a lightly greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan or on a shallow baking sheet; toss with mustard mixture.
3Bake in a preheated 425-degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender, stirring occasionally.
