1 ptsmall carton of heavy whipping cream

minced onions- green or red

tillamook medium cheddar cheese/ grated

salt , pepper & cheyenne
How To Make ""heavenly"" scalloped potatoes

111x13 Pyrex baking dish, layer sliced potatoes, red, golden , russets, blue.. YOU CHOOSE

2Pour Heavy Cream over the entire layered potatoes, add onions and remaining spices. Add grated cheese

3Bake 20 minutes @ 375 degrees ( OR untill golden ) careful not to burn.
