Ingredients For healthy roasted potatoes

  • 1 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper
  • 4 lg
    red potatoes, cubed

How To Make healthy roasted potatoes

    Heat oven to 475. In lg bowl, mix all ingredients, except for potatoes. Add potatoes and toss to coat potatoes evenly.

    Place potatoes, in a single layer on a lg baking sheet. Roast, turning occasionally, for 30 mins, or until potatoes are tender.
