4 lgred potatoes, cubed
How To Make healthy roasted potatoes

1Heat oven to 475. In lg bowl, mix all ingredients, except for potatoes. Add potatoes and toss to coat potatoes evenly.

2Place potatoes, in a single layer on a lg baking sheet. Roast, turning occasionally, for 30 mins, or until potatoes are tender.
