Hashbrown Potato Casserole

This is a quick and easy favorite side. Recipe can be cut in half or doubled to adjust servings.

2 lb
hash brown potatoes, frozen
1/2 c
melted butter
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 pt
sour cream
salt & pepper to taste
corn flake crumbs

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix together melted butter, sour cream, soup, salt & pepper. Combine with hash browns.
Place in greased casserole. Cover lightly with corn flake crumbs. Cook 30-45 min at 350. Should be bubbly and slightly moist with browned crust.
