Ingredients

2 lb
Frozen hash browns
2 c
Chedder cheese, Grated
2 c
Cubed cooked ham
1 c
Sour cream
1 can(s)
Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c
Diced onions
2 tsp
Garlic powder
3/4 tsp
Fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp
Kosher salt
1/2 c
Melted butter
1
Chopped green bell pepper
2 c
Corn Flakes, crushed
1 can(s)
Diced green chilies

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350F.
2In a large bowl mix all ingredients except 1 cup of the cheese and corn flakes.
3Pour mixture into a 3 quart glass casserole dish, spread evenly around dish.
4Top with remaining cheese.
5Take the crushed corn flakes and spread over the hash brown mixture.
6Drizzle melted butter over corn flakes
7Place in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. When finished allow to cool a little bit before serving.
