this is one of my favorites to make when it is hot dog or hamburger night at our house. You can get one of the little ones to help since they can use their hands to mix it and think they are helping mom out. *s*

Ingredients For hash brown and cheese bake

24 ounce pkgs. frozen hash browns
2 c

sour cream
1 can

cream mushroom soup
1 stick

butter
1 tsp

salt
1 Tbsp

onions, minced
2 c

crushed cornflakes
2 c

shredded cheddar

How To Make hash brown and cheese bake

combine hashbrowns, sour cream, soup, margarine, salt and onion. and shredded cheddar. Mix all together with your hands. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Crush corn flakes and melt margarine. Mix together and spread on top. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
