Ham and Potato Bake

I got this recipe from my sister-in-law and loved it. Rich and always a hit at Brunch. hope you like it.

Ingredients

2 lb
hashbrowns (thawed) or i use the ones in the dariry section in a bag.
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1/2 c
butter, melted
2 c
sour cream
3 or 4 c
cubed cooked ham (i use the prepackaged cubed ham)
1/2 tsp
pepper
1/2 c
diced onion
1 1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese

TOPPING

2 c
crushed cornflakes
1/2 c
melted butter

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredents together. put in 9x13 pan and put corn flake topping on. Bake 350 for an hour to an hour 15 minutes or so. I usually start with it covered with tin foil then take it off half way through.
I have made a half recipe of this and put it in a square 8x8 pan many times.
