I love sweet potatoes and this sounds really good. Not yet tested on my grill, but it will be.

1/2 corange juice, fresh

1/4 choney
-
1/4 cmargarine (1/2 stick)

1/8 tspsalt

6small sweet potatoes (about 5 inches each)
How To Make grilled honey-orange sweet potatoes

1Combine orange juice, honey, margarine and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes or until margarine is melted.

2Wrap potatoes in foil. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes on each side or until tender. Serve with orange juice mixture.
