  Clean & peel the sweet potatoes. Cut up into 1/2 inch chunks and place into pot. Add the water, brown sugar, butter, & regular sugar.

  Bring to a boil & turn the temperature down to let the potatoes cook.....Whenever they are fork tender, add in the maple syrup.

  Once potatoes are done pour out into a colorful dish & add a few miniature marshmallows on top.
