- 1/2 c
- garlic salt
- flour to coat
- oil for frying
1Grate potatoes and onion into a large bowl.
2Add eggs, parsley, garlic salt and pepper. Thoroughly mix, add enough flour to coat mixture.
3Heat 1/8 inch oil in a large skillet and add mixture by large spoonfuls. Brown on each side. Serve with sour cream or apple sauce.
