Ingredients
| 1/4 c | olive oil |
| 1 md | onion, minced |
| 2 clove | garlic, minced |
| 1 tsp | dried dillweed |
| 1/2 tsp | dried rosemary |
| 1/2 tsp | dried thyme |
| 1/4 tsp | salt |
| 1/4 tsp | fresh ground black pepper |
| 6 md | scrubbed baking potatoes, halved lengthwise |
| 3-4 dash(es) | olive oil to drizzle tops of potatoes |

Directions
Drizzle olive oil on the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Set aside.In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, onion, dried dill weed, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Sprinkle evenly over the bottom of the baking pan. Set aside.Place the potatoes, cut side down, in prepared pan. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
