French Fried Potato Puffs
Something different to have over French Fries!

- 1 pkg
- instant mashed potatoes (enough for 4 servings)
- 1/3 c
- pancake mix
- 1 Tbsp
- dry onion soup mix
- 1 tsp
- finely snipped parsley
1Prepare potatoes according to package directions. Add pancake mix, onion soup mix, and parsley.
2Drop from tablespoon, a few at a time, into deep, hot fat (365F degrees).
3Fry until golden brown, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, turning occasionally to brown all sides.
Drain on absorbent paper toweling.
