  • 4 lg
    baking potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 lg
    red onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz
    mushrooms, whole, fresh
  • 1 tsp
    salt & pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 8 Tbsp
    butter, divided

How To Make foil packet taters, 'shrooms 'n onions

    Preheat your grill to medium heat. Measure out 4 sheets of aluminum foil large enough to easily wrap the vegetables & layer one on top of the other. Evenly distribute potatoes, onion & mushrooms in the center, sprinkle with salt,pepper & garlic & place 2 tbsp butter in each packet.

    Wrap into a flattened square & seal the edges. Place aluminum wrapped package over medium heat & cover. Cook for approximately 30 minutes, turning once. Serve hot right off the grill.
