FINGERLING POTATOES WITH PARMESAN BUTTER

parmesan, romano, and asagio cheeses
Scrub potatoes but do not peel; dry off and set aside.
In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add salt and pepper; stir.
Roll potatoes in butter and place on a baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Using a pair of tongs, turn the potatoes as you sprinkle them with the cheeses and then the rosemary.
Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for about 40 minutes or until fork-tender. Serve with more butter or sour cream.
May also bake in a hotter oven (450) for 20 minutes.
