2 lbpotatoes cut into large chunks

1/3 colive or vegetable oil
How To Make easy oven roasted potatoes

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In large plast bag, add all ingredients and shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty into a shallow baking or roasting pan. Bake 4o minutes, stirring occasionally, or until golden brown.
