Easy Crock Pot Potato Soup
Easy soup recipe that takes just a few ingredients and tastes so good!! I have also used diced potatoes when I didn't have the frozen ones on hand, but they did get a little mushy. Still tasted great!!
- 1 pkg
- 1 30 oz bag of frozen o'brien cut potatoes (or can use frozen shredded hash browns)
- 3 can(s)
- 14 oz cans chicken broth
- 1 can(s)
- cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c
- chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp
- ground pepper seasoning
- 1 pkg
- cream cheese (do not use fat free - it won't melt!!)
1Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot EXCEPT the cream cheese. Cook 6-8 hours on low heat.
2About 1 hour before serving, add the cream cheese and keep heated until thoroughly melted.
3Serve with cheddar cheese, bacon bits, sour cream dollops, whatever sounds good on top!!
