1 30 oz bag of frozen o'brien cut potatoes (or can use frozen shredded hash browns)
14 oz cans chicken broth
cream of chicken soup
ground pepper seasoning
cream cheese (do not use fat free - it won't melt!!)
1Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot EXCEPT the cream cheese. Cook 6-8 hours on low heat.
2About 1 hour before serving, add the cream cheese and keep heated until thoroughly melted.
3Serve with cheddar cheese, bacon bits, sour cream dollops, whatever sounds good on top!!
