|1 pkg||1 30 oz bag of frozen o'brien cut potatoes (or can use frozen shredded hash browns)|
|3 can(s)||14 oz cans chicken broth|
|1 can(s)||cream of chicken soup|
|1/2 c||chopped onion|
|1/4 tsp||ground pepper seasoning|
|1 pkg||cream cheese (do not use fat free - it won't melt!!)|

Easy soup recipe that takes just a few ingredients and tastes so good!! I have also used diced potatoes when I didn't have the frozen ones on hand, but they did get a little mushy. Still tasted great!!
Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot EXCEPT the cream cheese. Cook 6-8 hours on low heat.
About 1 hour before serving, add the cream cheese and keep heated until thoroughly melted.
Serve with cheddar cheese, bacon bits, sour cream dollops, whatever sounds good on top!!
