DirectionsCombine all the ingredients in the crock pot EXCEPT the cream cheese. Cook 6-8 hours on low heat.About 1 hour before serving, add the cream cheese and keep heated until thoroughly melted.Serve with cheddar cheese, bacon bits, sour cream dollops, whatever sounds good on top!!
