Ingredients
| 1 pkg | 1 30 oz bag of frozen o'brien cut potatoes (or can use frozen shredded hash browns) |
| 3 can(s) | 14 oz cans chicken broth |
| 1 can(s) | cream of chicken soup |
| 1/2 c | chopped onion |
| 1/4 tsp | ground pepper seasoning |
| 1 pkg | cream cheese (do not use fat free - it won't melt!!) |

Directions
Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot EXCEPT the cream cheese. Cook 6-8 hours on low heat.About 1 hour before serving, add the cream cheese and keep heated until thoroughly melted.Serve with cheddar cheese, bacon bits, sour cream dollops, whatever sounds good on top!!
