Easy Crock Pot Potato Soup
Easy soup recipe that takes just a few ingredients and tastes so good!! I have also used diced potatoes when I didn't have the frozen ones on hand, but they did get a little mushy. Still tasted great!!
1 30 oz bag of frozen o'brien cut potatoes (or can use frozen shredded hash browns)
14 oz cans chicken broth
cream of chicken soup
ground pepper seasoning
cream cheese (do not use fat free - it won't melt!!)
Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot EXCEPT the cream cheese. Cook 6-8 hours on low heat.
About 1 hour before serving, add the cream cheese and keep heated until thoroughly melted.
Serve with cheddar cheese, bacon bits, sour cream dollops, whatever sounds good on top!!
