Easy Chessey Ranch Scalloped Potaotes

Ingredients

3 large
potatoes sliced thin
1 tsp
black pepper
1 tsp
salt
3 Tbsp
self rising flour
1 c
milk
2 Tbsp
ranch dressing
1/2 stick
butter or margrine
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

In a greased casserole bowl
Add a thin layer of potatoes sprinkle with salt and pepper and some of the flour and then pat with 2 pats of butter and a teaspoon of the cheese.

Continue with the layers until all the potaotes and cheese and the butter is used up.
Mix the milk and ranch dressing in a small bowl and pour over the potaotes making sure they are covered well.(If needed you can add more milk and ranch dressing.

Sprinkle with a little parmsean cheese on top .
Bake at 350* until the potaotes are tender and golden.Enjoy!
