Ingredients

1 pt
half and half
2/3 lb
velveeta
1 pkg
(8 oz.) cheddar cheese
1 stick
butter
32 oz
pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes (i like to use shredded)

Step-By-Step

1Combine half and half, cheeses and butter. Heat in microwave until melted on HIGH stirring after each minute. Put hash browns (I like to use shredded) in a 9 x 13 pan. Pour melted cheese mixture over potatoes and let stand 1/2 hour.

2Cover pan with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
