Ingredients For e - z potatoes and eggs

2potatoes, cubed or sliced thick, par- boiled, till fork tender

6eggs, whipped

4 Tbspbutter, melted

cooked and crumbled bacon, sausage, or ground beef (optional)

seasonings of your choice.
How To Make e - z potatoes and eggs

1Melt butter in skillet, then toss in potatoes & brown slightly.

2Pour in eggs and seasonings, and cook, stirring, till eggs are cooked through.

3Can also add cooked bacon, sausage, or ground beef, if desired.
