While at work with my co-worker who is from India..was asked to try these potatoes. I am not one who likes to try unfamiliar foods. However I tried these potatoes and now I cannot get enough of them...they are a bit spicy but delicious.

Method:

Pan Fry

Ingredients

1 c
chick pea flour
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
pinch
salt
2 tsp
lemon juice
1/2 tsp
fresh grated ginger (dried can be used)

green chili's - chopped
1/4 c
water
3 - 4
russet potatoes

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients EXCEPT for the water and Potatoes

Peel Potatoes and slice - THICK

Add a little water at a time to the ingredient mixture in step 1...add more water until nice and thick but smooth like a batter. Dip potatoes into batter and fry until golden brown
