Ingredients For dill potato wedges

1 pkg(20 oz) refrigerated red potato wedges (i used fresh potatoes so you can use either)

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

1 Tbspolive oil
-
2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese

1 tspsnipped fresh dill or 1/4 tsp. dill weed
How To Make dill potato wedges

1In a large skillet, cook the potato wedges, salt and pepper in oil over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or till golden brown, stirring occasionally.

2Remove from heat; stir in cheese and dill.
