these are great for those who love potatoes but are watching fried food! BAKED french fries (wedges)

Ingredients

1 lb
red potatoes
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp
paprika
3/4 tsp
ground cumin
1/2 tsp
garlic salt
1/ tsp
black ground pepper

Step-By-Step

1preheat oven 400 degrees, spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Cut potatoes into wedges. combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
2Add potatoes to bowl; toss until well coated with mixture.
3Spread potato wedges in a single layer in the prepared baking dish leaving a little space between wedges if possible
4Bake potatoes for 10 mins. Turn over wedges and bake another 10 mins. let slightly cool before you serve.
