Ingredients For crusted baked sweet potatoes

  • 1/4 c
    kosher salt, first
  • 4
    sweet potatoes, whole, washed & dried
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon, ground, first
  • 1/4 c
    canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon, ground, second
  • 8 packets
    truvia
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt, second

How To Make crusted baked sweet potatoes

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • 2
    Mix salt (first) & cinnamon (first) together. Set aside.

    Brush washed & dried sweet potatoes with oil. Dust potatoes completely with salt/cinnaomon mixture.

    Place in oven & bake for 55 minutes.

    Remove potatoes from oven. Cut slit into potatoes lengthwise & using potholder, push two ends toward the center to cause open pocket.
  • 6
    Sprinkle inside of potatoes with cinnamon (second), salt (second) & truvia.

    Serve.
