I make them for holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day and more holidays. It is so easy to fix it and they are so good and tasty and crunchy.

Ingredients

2 c
very stiff mashed potatoes
2 c
finely chopped fully cooked ham
1 c
(4 ounces) shredded swiss cheese
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1/4 c
minced onion
1
egg, well beaten
1 tsp
prepared mustard
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper
3 1/2 c
cornflakes, crushed

Step-By-Step

11. Combine all ingredients except cornflakes; chill. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in cornflakes.

2. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 350 F. for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve while hot.


Reduced-fat or fat-free mayonnaise is not recommended for this recipe.
