Ingredients

1 c
sour cream
1/2 c
milk
1 Tbsp
chopped green onion
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
6 medium
potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 c
sharp cheddar ceese, shredded
1/2 c
finely crushed corn flakes

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Peel and slice the potatoes. Set aside.
Spray 15x10x2" baking pan with non-stick spray.

Mix sour cream, milk, green onion, salt and papper and potatoes together in large bowl. Spread in baking dish.

Combine the cheese and corn flakes and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with additional green onions, if desired.
