  • 1 lb
    bulk spicy pork sausage
  • 1 - 30 oz pkg
    hash brown potatoes, shredded, frozen, thawed
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 - 16 oz jar
    double cheddar cheese sauce
  • 2 - 4 oz can
    green chiles, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes

    In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a 4 qt crock pot.
