Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

4
bone in pork chops
4 medium
potatoes,peeled and halved
4
carrots, peeled and halved
1/2 medium
yellow onion, sliced
2 clove
garlic, sliced
1 pinch
pepper
1 large
can, cream of mushroom soup

Directions Step-By-Step

Put all of the vegetables in the bottom of the crock pot; rinse off pork chops, pat dry with a paper towel. Lightly brown the pork chops in a skillet then add them to the crock pot. Top with Cream of Mushroom soup, add pepper.
Cook on low 4-6 hours.
