Very easy! Very Good! This makes a large amount and can be divided into 3 small 7 x 7 disposable foil pans and frozen. Wrap with plastic wrap and then foil before freezing.
- 2 16 oz.
- containers sour cream (can use lite)
- 2 c
- cheddar cheese, shredded
- (3 oz.) bags real bacon bits
- 2 pkg
- ranch dip mix
- 32 oz
- bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1Combine first 4 ingredients.
2Mix in hash browns. Spread into a 9 x 13 pan.
3Bake at 400º for 45-60 minutes.
