Very easy! Very Good! This makes a large amount and can be divided into 3 small 7 x 7 disposable foil pans and frozen. Wrap with plastic wrap and then foil before freezing.
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Mix in hash browns. Spread into a 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 400º for 45-60 minutes.
