Country Style Hashbrown Casserole

- pkg oreida potatoes o'brien (thawed)
- 1 can(s)
- cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stick
- butter (melted)
- 1 pkg
- shredded velveeta cheese
- 1 small
- container of sour cream
- 1/2 tsp
- black pepper
- 1 pkg
- crushed ritz or towne house crackers
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or spray oblong casserole dish.
2Spread thawed potatoes on bottom of casserole dish evenly. Sprinkle salt and pepper over potatoes.
3In a mixing bowl, combine soup, butter and sour cream and mix well. Pour mixture over potatoes.
4Layer shredded cheese over mixture and cover top with crushed crackers.
5Bake for about 45 minutes or until top is golden brown and bubbly. Let set for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
