Great way to use left over baked potatoes. Easy side dish. Cant go wrong with this one. My family loves this.

Ingredients

4 large
russet potatoes baked
4-6 Tbsp
bacon grease
1 c
flour
1 Tbsp
seasoned salt

Step-By-Step

1Cut each potato in 4-6 pieces. Mix flour and seasoning together and place shallow dish.
2Melt bacon grease in fry pan. Dredge potato wedges in seasoned flour and place in hot grease. Brown on all sides. Place on rack to drain.
