Ingredients For colcannon

4 mdpotatoes
-
1/3 chot milk
-
salt and pepper to taste

6 Tbspbutter
-
2 ccabbage, shredded

2 Tbspchopped onions
How To Make colcannon

1Cook and mashed potatoes. Add milk, salt and pepper.

2Melt 4 Tbsp butter over low heat. Add cabbage and onion. Cover tightly and cook over low heat until tender, about 5 minutes

3Mix cabbage mixture into potatoes. Melt remaining bitter, then make a well in potatoes and pour in melted butter.
