Grew up with my mom making this and it's been one of my favorite side dishes ever since. I learned how to make it a couple of years ago. It's a very simple side to make and goes with practically anything. The trick is to continuously stir the potatoes as they cook.

Ingredients For cheesy tater tot potatoes

1 pkgtater tots

milk
-
1 canparmesan cheese

1 tspblack pepper
How To Make cheesy tater tot potatoes

1Preheat oven to 450.

2Spray pan and pour the bag of tater tots into it.

3Fill pan 3/4 of the way with milk.

4Cover with parmesan cheese (almost the whole container) and add black pepper.

5Put into the oven and continuously stir as it bakes. Break up the tots as you stir.

6Allow to bake for 45 minutes (longer, if needed).
