Ingredients For cheesy onion baked mashed taters

2 lbred potatoes, small

1 - 8 oz pkgcream cheese, room temperature

1 stickbutter
-
1 - 8 oz pkgsour cream

2 x lgeggs
-
1/2 cmilk
-
2 tspsalt
-
1 tsppepper
-
1 - 2 Cup pkgshredded cheese, your choice

1 canfrench fried onions
How To Make cheesy onion baked mashed taters

1Cook potatoes until tender. Cool slightly; peel. In a large bowl mash the hot potatoes.

2Cut cream cheese into small pieces & add to potatoes along with butter. Beat well & then add sour cream.

3Beat eggs, milk, salt & pepper together & add to potatoes. Beat well.

4Pour mixture into a greased 2 qt casserole. Cover & refrigerate overnight.

5Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.

6Sprinkle cheese evenly with cheese; then fried onions; bake another 20 – 25 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
