This was given to me by my mother who went to meet our Lord in 1990. So easy! Thanks Mom!

BTW - Use fresh grated cheese. Packaged grated cheese does not melt well when combined wit the butter and milk

Ingredients

12 oz
shredded hash browns
1/2 c
(fresh) grated cheese
1/4 c
whole or evaporated milk
2 Tbsp
butter
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
2Place potatoes in a single layer in buttered baking dish.
3Sprinkle with Salt and pepper to taste
4Melt butter, add cheese and milk over low heat
5Pour over frozen potatoes and bake ~ 350 degree oven for 30 - 35 minutes
