Boil potatoes in jackets till tender, not mooooshy. Meanwhile heat milk in a small bowl in the microwave, add onions butter and seasonings and let it infuse while the potatoes are cooking. When done, crush the potatoes by hand, not with an egg beater, till lumpy. Add milk mixture to the potatoes and stir by hand till blended. Should be moist to slightly soupy. Top with butter and Parsley or chives if desired. Comfort food!!
