Buttrered Parslied Potatoes

- red potatoes, small, as many as desired
- 1-2 sticks butter, cold
- 1-2 tablespoons or desired amount of dried parsley
- salted water
1Wash potatoes. Peel one strip of skin off around center of each potato.
2Cook in salted water until tender. Drain water off.
3Add butter to potatoes and let it melt. (you may use softened butter or at room temp to make it melt easier.)
4Coat potatoes in butter and add parsley. Serve and enjoy.
