1/4 c
olive oil

potatoes
1 tsp
salt
1/2 c
hot sauce (franks)
1/2 c
blue cheese dressing

celery stalks (cut up)

Directions Step-By-Step

Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
Drizzel with oilive oil.
Place on baking dish in 450 degree oven for 30min.
Flip and continue cooking for another 20-30min till tender.

Shake cooked potatoes in hot sauce.
Chop celery and mix with blue cheese and pour over potatos. Or serve on side.
