Ingredients For bbq chicken salad

  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    sweet baby ray's bbq sauce or your favorite bbq sauce
  • 1
    rotisserie chicken, any flavor, deboned & deskined, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 lg
    red onion, chopped
  • 2 lg
    baking potatoes, baked, peeled, cooled & cut into bite size pieces
  • 6 x lg
    hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 tsp
    mccormick original chicken seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 16 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make bbq chicken salad

    In a medium bowl, combine mayo & bbq sauce; mix to combine. Refrigerate until needed.

    In a large bowl, add chicken, onion, potatoes, eggs & seasonings; mix well to combine.

    Add in bbq mixture & cheese; toss to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving for flavors to marry.
