| 1/3 c | honey mustard |
| 1 tsp | lemon juice |
| HUSH PUPPIES: | |
| 1 - 8 oz box | corn bread mix |
| 1/4 c | cornmeal |
| 1 medium | onion, finely chopped |
| 1 x large | egg |
| 1/2 c | mashed sweet potatoes |
| 6 slice | bacon cooked crisp & crumbled |

DIP:
Combine all ingredients together in a medium bowl; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.HUSH PUPPIES:
Preheat deep fryer with oil to 350 degrees F.In a large bowl, combine corn bread mix, cornmeal, onion, egg, sweet potatoes & bacon; mix well. Using a small ice cream/cookie scooper, drop batter into hot oil, about 4 at a time, until golden brown, about 3 - 4 minutes. Remove & drain on paper towels. Repeat with all batter.Serve with creamy dip.
